Modern Launches HY-SPAN® 3-Sided Bridges

Overview
Modern Precast Concrete now offers HY-SPAN® precast concrete bridges. This concrete bridge building system permits clear span units ranging from six feet to forty feet and vertical rises from two feet to ten feet. This accommodates a wide range of opening configurations. Laying lengths are variable to maintain the weight of individual modular units with workable limits. No on-site preparation is required, which keeps installation moving ahead without time-consuming delays.

Instant Bridge
The term "Instant Bridge" was coined by customers who appreciate the advantages of the HY-SPAN system. When a bridge or culvert is out of service, it's a big inconvenience for surrounding businesses and commuters. With HY-SPAN components, bridge construction time can be held to a fraction of the time required with conventional structures. A typical, totally precast installation can be done in one day.
